Booking FAQs

  • A bridal trial is recommended, but not a mandatory. If you feel comfortable with what you see in my portfolio and don’t think you need it, then you are good to pass on one.

    I recommend scheduling your trial on a day you’ll be able to wear the makeup/hair all day/night for a realistic wear time. Ideal for engagement shoots, bridal showers, and family dinners.

  • A $100 Reservation Fee is required to secure your day. This fee ensure Anamary reserves the entire day just for you and doesn’t accept any more bookings.

    This fee is non-refundable/transferable and is separate from the deposit.

  • A 50% deposit is required no later than two months prior to the event date and may also be submitted shortly after the trial.

    Your initial Reservation Fee ensures that your date is tentatively held just for you. However, please note that the booking is not fully guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

    In the event another inquiry is made for the same date before your deposit is submitted, you will be contacted immediately and given 24 hours to finalize the deposit in order to secure your day.

  • To provide a seamless and stress-free experience, I kindly ask that one person collect all payments from individual party members. This ensures clarity and ease in the booking process. This allows us to focus entirely on delivering an exceptional experience on your event day, while eliminating any payment concerns.

    For any last-minute additions, I ask that you notify me in advance. I’m happy to coordinate directly with that party member to accommodate their services whenever possible.

  • To ensure a seamless process, final payment is due no later than one week prior to your event date and I kindly request that this be made in a single transaction.

    For your convenience, I offer several payment options including check, cash, zelle, van, cashapp, or secure invoicing through Square. Debit and credit card payments will include a 3.5% processing fee.

    Please indicate your preferred payment method on your questionnaire so I may prepare and issue your invoice accurately in advance.

  • Travel fee is charged by round-trip distance from Zip code 33615 at $1 per minute. This fee is due the day of the event.

    A separate travel fee may be charged if other artist are hired and traveling to the location in their own car. Inquire prior to paying your deposit.

  • I’d be happy to travel between multiple locations on the event day. Please note that additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance and time involved. To prepare an accurate quote, kindly share the exact addresses and timelines for each location.

  • I work with a distinguished team of highly trained Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists in the Bay Area. For over a decade, we have collaborated to deliver not only exceptional artistry and refined skill, but also a polished, calming presence that enhances the experience and elevates the atmosphere of your wedding day.
